Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on orders shipped within the United States. To start a return, email orders@modacirta.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. Please don't send anything back until we reply with your return number and instructions.

Once you receive our instructions, ship your return within 5 days. Write your return number clearly on the outside of the parcel. Returns without a return number can't be processed.

Condition of returned items

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original clear bag with its label. Please keep the bag when you open your order.

Returns that don't meet these conditions may be refused, or refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.

Final sale items

For hygiene reasons, these items can't be returned: bodysuits, intimates and lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, beauty products, and face masks. They are marked "Final sale" on the product page.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email orders@modacirta.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its label. We'll send you a prepaid return label and refund the item in full, including shipping.

Return shipping

You pay for return shipping, unless the return is because of our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item). We recommend a tracked service, since we can't refund a parcel we don't receive. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is because of our error.

Refunds

We issue refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days after your return reaches our warehouse. We'll email you when it's done. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
