Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states and to APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship outside the United States at this time.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping, by order weight: $6.95 up to 1 lb, $10.99 for 1 to 5 lb, $16.99 over 5 lb
Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before taxes)

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery then takes 7 to 12 business days. Some orders arrive in more than one package.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update.

Order changes and cancellations

To change or cancel an order, email orders@modacirta.com within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order is being processed, we can't change it, but you can return eligible items under our return policy.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 48 hours of the delivery scan. If your package is undeliverable or refused, we refund the order minus the original shipping cost, unless the problem was our error.
